There is a busy bee over at the Yale campus this week! He's been busy shooting pictures of the set of the Indiana Jones IV set!

Here's the details from the shoot from The Scorekeeper,

"Paramount was filming in two different locations on the Yale campus this morning. Interior scenes were going on in the Yale Law Building with three cranes hanging over the roof to add light through the windows. I got the feeling they were trying to recreate a similar scene to Raiders where Indy uses a chalkboard to describe the Ark. Just my gut instinct on that one.

Anyway, down the block a second unit was once again on College Street shooting pretty much the same chase sequence from yesterday with the same vehicles. Below are stunt doubles on the motorbike.

The guy driving the bike is supposed to be a double for Shia LaBeoufs character [Indys son] who is a James Dean type greaser armed with slicked hair and a black leather jacket.

*Note - Neither Shia or Cate have been spotted on set by anyone Ive talked to, however Jim Broadbent is there.

The double on the back has a striking resemblence to Harrison Ford. From what Ive seen Professor Jones gets in trouble at Yale only to be bailed out by his son on the bike. A piece of the movies puzzle, whether it be an artifact or information, is being sought by both Indy and the baddies leading to this chase. Whatever is so important may be the key to finding The City of The Gods.

Rumour around the set was that they have removed an iron-clad gate from a courtyard replacing it with a mock plastic/cork model. At some point in the next week they will ram the motorbike through the gate simulating an escape from the courtyard. I saw the gate and its being watched by two security guards that wont let anyone get near it - rumour seems true.

Other gaukers say the motorbike will actually be riden inside the Yale Library. Cant confirm that one yet. The last photos I will show are from an hour ago. Its a rehearsal take [with no cars]. You can see Harrison speaking with the crew as they prepare.

Harrison rides along on the truck while his double is hanging on for dear life. All in all this appears to be a tongue in cheek to the Last Crusade where Indy pilots a motorbike with Connery in tow. This time around Indy is the senior Dr. Jones who needs saving by his offspringworks for me."
