Rogue Pictures' surprise hit of the year, The Strangers, just may just get a sequel. 

{sidebar id=1}A few days ago Steph and I took our oldest daughter Alyson to watch The Strangers starring Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman. I'm not the biggest horror fan in the world, I haven't seen any of Hostel films and I think that I caught only one of the Saw films on the big screen.

To our surprise The Strangers worked incredibly well and it has brought in tons of money to the box office, over 38 million is just in domestic gross. Not bad for a film that didnt cost more than 9 million dollars to make.

So its no surprise that Brad over at Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that they "confirmed 100% that there is in fact talk of bringing the hooded villains back to the big screen."

Apparently this is still very early in the planning stages but I am pretty sure that we will be seeing a new chapter in the masked trio's bloody and disgusting adventures.
