A quiet, reserved teen experiences a wild night to remember in I Love You, Beth Cooper, arriving on Blu-ray and DVD November 3 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Chris Columbus (Home Alone films) and starring Hayden Panettiere ("Heroes") in the title role, the film is based on a novel written by Emmy Award®-winner* Larry Doyle ("The Simpsons"). High-energy and heartwarming, I Love You, Beth Cooper stars a collection of fresh-faced newcomers including Paul Rust (Semi Pro), Lauren London (This Christmas), Jack Carpenter (Sydney White) and Lauren Storm (The Game Plan)

When Denis Cooverman (Paul Rust), the geekiest guy in high school, proclaims his love for super-popular Beth Cooper (Hayden Panettiere) during his valedictorian speech, everyone is... well... speechless! But the real shock comes that night when Beth shows up at Denis' house with her two best friends to show him how the cool kids party. You'll laugh as Denis tries to keep up with Beth and stay away from her maniacal, uber-douche bag ex-boyfriend Kevin and his ticked-off pals. Plus, watch Denis and Beth take their hilarious relationship to a whole new level with the outrageous alternate ending you didn't see in theaters!

The Verdict: Ok I have to be honest... Despite the fact that the DVD does come with a lot of pretty good and actually funny special features I'd have to say this ones a rental. But if you're the young high schooler or eleventeener then you'll def get a kick out of the film. You do get an alternate ending, a lot of behind the scenes features, and a few deleted scenes and featurettes that may make the purchase worthwhile. Unforetunetly this DVD is going up against quite a few major releases... ok only one HUGE release, and if I have to tell you or remind you what it is I'm disappointed. I'm sure somewhere as you're reading this right now there's probably a banner or side advert thats speaks to the MAJOR movie in question. But anyways, I Love You, Beth Cooper hits stores in Blu-Ray and DVD on Nov. 3rd at $39.99 and $27.98 MSRP respectively, but as I always say you'll def find it for less.
