Robert Picardo has not turned his back on his fans. He has once again found himself on one of the most popular sci-fi franchises in history, Stargate.

His recurring role of Richard Woolsey on SG-1 will be getting more screen time, but in Pegasus galaxy. He is sent across the universe to evaluate the performance of Dr. Weir as the Atlantis Mission Commander and to determine if she will keep her command.

As Picardo puts it, “I'm a bad guy who means well.”

By the end, he promises that both Woolsey and Weir will have a meeting of the minds.
